Residential Packages
We offer the following packages to meet your needs. These prices are based on a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. For each additional bedroom add $25 and each bathroom add $20. All packages are customizable. For weekly, bi weekly or monthly cleans your first initial visit will be $40 additional as first time cleans are more extensive without an initial Professional clean. Prices reflect estimates and may chance depending upon condition of the home and time required.
Steffz Basic - Perfect for Home Owners and Renters looking for maintenance

Steffz Standard - Great for busy people or those getting back on their feet

This package includes dusting ceiling fans, touch point disinfection, dust furniture and shelves, wipe down counter tops, vacuum, sweep/mop, disinfect toilets, clean sinks, and scrub showers/baths., as well as wash dirty dishes, wash laundry, strip/remake beds, organizing and/or picking up home.
Deep Clean - Ideal for Realtors and Property Managers

Tasks included in this package are: dusting ceiling fans, touch point disinfection, dust furniture and shelves, wipe down counter tops, vacuum, sweep/mop, disinfect toilets, clean sinks, and scrub showers/baths., clean window frames, wash curtains, wash all trash bins, clean blinds, clean windows, clean baseboards, wash door frames, disinfect all door knobs and light switches, room specific tasks
This is recommended prior to maintenance cleans.
Professional Clean
$380
Tasks in this package include dusting ceiling fans, touch point disinfection, dust furniture and shelves, wipe down counter tops, vacuum, sweep/mop, disinfect toilets, clean sinks, and scrub showers/baths., clean window frames, wash curtains, wash all trash bins, clean blinds, clean windows, clean baseboards, wash door frames, disinfect all door knobs and light switches, room specific tasks , clean appliances, clean inside out of cabinets, appliances and more. Every surface touched.
**TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
Steffz LLC is a local owned and operated small business and has been serving Linn County and surrounding area since 2022. CHECK, CASH, VENMO, CASHAPP and BANK TRANSFERS are all acceptable forms of payment. BANK TRANSFERS will incur an additional $5 charge for fees. A $45 service charge will be added to all NSF Checks. If payment is not received on the day of the cleaning unpaid balances will incur a service charge of $25 or 15% interest whichever is great
GETTING YOUR HOME READY
- Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned. Hourly charges may be incurred if we require more time if your home is not ready to be cleaned or if a job is underestimated due to the condition of the home.
- Notify all guests about our arrival and that we may need access to their space.
- Notify us when you have guests or any unknown person in your home so that we won’t be surprised if a stranger walks out of a room.
ESTIMATE/QUOTES
- Estimates are given based on the information given by the client. Should the conditions be dirtier or more cluttered than indicated we will not guarantee we can complete the job in the time quoted. You will be given a choice to increase your budget, or have us leave the job. We may require a fee for travels in this instance.
- If you request changes to your service , additional charges may be billed or a new estimate may be required.

While we do everything possible to meet your needs we are unable to do certain tasks
Protecting your valuables
If asked to dust/clean inside of china cabinets or hutches, start laundry, wash dishes, clean small computer equipment, antiques or collections, or to use your equipment (e.g. vacuum), you agree to hold harmless and/or release from liability Steffz and/or any of its employees responsible for any damage or breakage to any article or component Damage must be reported to us by phone or email within 24 hours of service or Steffz may not be held liable.
Protecting your cleaner
- We are unable to remove excess mold and mildew outside of the shower.
- We are unable to climb on ladders any higher than a two-step ladder to perform work. We are unable to move heavy objects or furniture.
- Due to sanitary and hygiene cross-contamination issues, we are unable to clean in areas or homes with live infestations (maggots, fleas, roaches, bedbugs, etc) until mitigated.
Photos of your home
We take before and after photos of our work. These pictures are used for training, proof of performance as well as promotion. See our website before and after for examples. If you do not want pictures taken of work areas in your home please notify us when you schedule your cleaning.
DONT SKIP: If you do need to skip, we require at least 48 hour notice for recurring cleanings. If you skip a cleaning with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full anticipated cost of your scheduled cleaning, without exceptions. Timely notice enables us to schedule another home in your place and ensure our full work schedules. Please note – you can reschedule your cleaning another day during the week without incurring additional fees. Exceptions may be made for emergencies and/or illnesses. Frequent cancellations, even for emergency or illness, may still be charged the cancellation fee. Steffz reserves the right to make these determinations on a case by case basis. Cancellation of Service whether temporarily, permanently or reducing the frequency of your cleaning cadence, requires a 48 hour notice. Less than this is considered a late cancellation and will be charged at the full fee.
